Refund policy

We want you to join the cohort with confidence. If it isn't the right fit, here is exactly how refunds work.

Eligibility window

You can request a full refund any time before the second live session of your cohort. Once the second session has taken place, enrollment fees are non-refundable.

How to request one

Email support@sanfaani.com from the address you registered with, including your transaction reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Failed or unverified payments

If a payment fails or shows as "Requires review", no enrollment or commission is created, and no refund is necessary since no successful charge occurred. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support immediately.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
